2. Its function is to give information on the site for other people to learn about. It gives
educational facts about the American department of education's. Information about rules, news and events, programs, services, job openings etc.
3. A) Layout and Graphics – This layout is a basic
layout but with a lot of other complex links but all neatly arranged. To the left is the navigation bar and down the middle of the page Are the education headlines. The education headlines are like a news paper with
online articles that can be accessed by clicking on the link. Each main link section has a little picture and all of them are the same size to even out the tool bar and make it look better. The colors are well done
and not too hard on the eyes clean smooth colors without textures. To main colors Blue and gray with a little bit of Yellow to mix in and make the layout smooth and calm. It does not clash what so ever.
Texting- the text on the main page is linked to headlines, small to fit more in. with headlines the text is bigger and bold, the graphic text is pre made with some graphics program to form the navigation buttons on
the left hand side.
